Aged Care & Medical Online accepts payments via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, NDIS payments via the NDIS portal and on account (for service providers only and if approved prior).

Orders can be placed via phone by calling 1300 003 930, our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm (EST) We accept Visa, Mastercard.
We utilise the internationally recognised Secure Server certificate (SSL) technology to ensure customers' security. Aged Care & Medical uses Shopify Payment Gateway Service. This system uses the industry's best security methods and practices. All credit card numbers are housed within a secure environment. We never record a copy of your credit card details.
Aged Care & Medical will cover the cost of freight of returned items where the mistake has been ours. Aged Care & Medical will accept returns of products within 7 days with proof of purchase.
Goods must be in acceptable condition and Aged Care & Medical must be contacted prior to sending. Some continence aids and consumables cannot be exchanged or refunded.
All other lines ordered incorrectly by customer, can be refunded if informed within 7 days of dispatch and in it’s original condition on return. Postage must be paid for by customer, tracking is recommended to track the return, as it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the return.
Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide of photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.
For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact our Customer Service Team 1300 003 930 or email@example.com to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair or refund.
