Aged Care & Medical uses a mix of Australia Post & our Courier Network for all deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide an alternative address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Due to security issues, unless nominated by you as Authority to Leave, orders cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel and no authority has been given to leave, a card will be left detailing the nearest outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours.
Wherever possible; orders will be packaged in plain boxes (or wrapped parcels) and unmarked for privacy and security. They will be dispatched as soon as payment and have been processed. Please allow normal postage times for delivery.
Aged Care & Medical will dispatch most orders within ONE business days of receiving payment, Monday to Friday assuming all items are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible thereafter. It may be necessary for some orders to be shipped in more than one box from different distribution centres and therefore you may obtain these parcels at different times. You will be notified via email if there are any delays in obtaining any items on your order. Continence & Consumables Ordering Best Practice
When ordering items please consider the following:
Order extra for unexpected delivery delays.
Please allow enough time for delivery via Australia Post of your continence items so you do not run out. We recommend you allow 7 days for delivery or 10 days in remote areas. Allow extra time in peak delivery times for Australia Post such as the Christmas/New Year and Easter periods and for Public holidays.
Have a backup plan for stock run outs, availability shortages; & back orders
Despite best efforts, our manufacturers can experience surges in demand from time to time. As such we may experience shortages in supply across some items. To counter this, you may wish to order a little extra from time to time. Or have another brand/item as a backup, should your favourite be out of supply.
